1. Company Information

Classiq Art is a trade name of Inferens, a company registered in the Netherlands at Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) number 60406151. Our registered office is located in Soest, the Netherlands.

2. Nature of the Service

Classiq Art generates stylised artwork based on photographs of vehicles submitted by you. Our proprietary rendering pipeline interprets your photograph and applies the selected aesthetic, producing a high-resolution digital image suitable for print or display. The quality, style, and fidelity of the output depend on the input photograph and the selected style, and results may vary. We do not guarantee that the output will match any specific expectation, likeness, or artistic standard.

For the sake of transparency: the artwork is created with the assistance of artificial intelligence technology and represents an AI-generated interpretation rather than a manually produced original.

3. Orders, Payment & Delivery

All orders are processed through our secure checkout partner. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Physical prints and framed pieces are produced on demand and shipped according to the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

By uploading a photograph, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. You grant Classiq Art a limited licence to process the image solely for the purpose of generating and fulfilling your order. Upon delivery, you receive a personal-use licence to the generated artwork. Commercial resale or mass reproduction requires prior written agreement.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Classiq Art provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inferens and Classiq Art shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of our service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to our service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree that you shall not bring any claim, demand, or lawsuit against Inferens or Classiq Art for damages of any kind, and you hereby waive any right to do so to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because each piece is made to order, digital downloads cannot be refunded once delivered. Physical products may be eligible for a refund or replacement if defective or damaged in transit, provided you notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. User Content & Uploads

You are solely responsible for any photographs or other materials you upload to our service. You represent and warrant that you own or have secured all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use and share such content. We reserve the right to refuse processing of any image that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or breaches our content guidelines.

10. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or invasive of privacy, or to attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website or servers. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section at our sole discretion.

12. Third-Party Services

Our checkout, payment processing, and email delivery are handled by trusted third-party providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

13. Data Protection

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labour disputes, power failures, or internet service interruptions.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Classiq Art regarding your use of the service.
